This page will be updated throughout the season with relevant information for team members regarding weekly practice schedules and open gym times, any practice cancellations, event information and any other information that team members need to know.
The official season of the High School and UC Boxing Teams runs from October through March. Practices will typically run Mon/Wed/Thu from 4:00-5:30pm with occasional additional open gym times. New team members are still able to join the team late throughout the season.
Team members should also follow Facebook (“Cincinnati High School Boxing” and “UC Boxing Club” group pages) for updates and information as well as “JeffPerry_UCBoxing” on Instagram.

High School Team: The season officially started on Monday, Oct 5. Practices typically run on Mon/Wed/Thu from 4:00-5:30pm. Between Dec 1, 2020 through Jan 8, 2021, while the University of Cincinnati is on winter break, practices will only run on Mon & Wed from 4:00-5:30pm. Team member may also attend Fitness Boxing Classes at Cincinnati Fitness & Boxing, which run Mon 6:00pm, Wed 6:30pm, Thu 6:15pm & Sat 10:00am.
UC Boxing Club: Practices for the 2nd semester will begin on Monday, Jan 11. During UC’s winter break, there will be no official UC Boxing Club practices. Students who are local and which to train have the option to attend Cincinnati Fitness & Boxing’s Amateur Boxing times on Mon & Wed from 4:00-5:30pm or attend Fitness Boxing Classes at Cincinnati Fitness & Boxing, which run Mon 6:00pm, Wed 6:30pm, Thu 6:15pm & Sat 10:00am. Cost for this during winter break is $30. Ask the coaches if you have any quetsions.
